The two chiles of New Mexico ("Red or Green?") decorate this hand-sewn apron and potholder. Made of sturdy cotton duck, both are trimmed with red binding, with the colorful peppers motif permanently imprinted. The apron has adjustable neck strap rings as shown below. The potholder is extra thick, with a handy pocket on the back so it doubles as an oven mitt. These items are not cheap imported merchandise, but are hand-made right here in New Mexico.
