My how the time does fly! For this 10th  Anniversary Edition of our popular little cookbook, Judy has added a dozen new recipes. The Cookbook - Spiral-bound to lie flat on your counter while cooking, the book contains more than 60 recipes. It includes classic dishes using red or green chiles, a selection of favorite side dishes, and a "Nuevo" section featuring newer uses of chile. 

The Companion Video - Professionally produced, about a half-hour long, the video shows step-by- step instructions for roasting green chiles at home, and for using dried red chile pods. We show the preparation of several  favorite classic recipes from the cookbook,  then take you along on our travels to the Hatch Chile Festival and The Whole Enchilada Fiesta in Las Cruces, two Southern New Mexico events which attract thousands of visitors each year.
